Our primary purpose in collecting and processing personal data is to be able to fulfill our commitments, but we also collect information about you who are not yet a customer, supplier or have another relationship with Protite AB but who wish to be contacted by us. Protite AB protects your personal data through a combination of technical and organizational solutions. The starting point is that only employees and other people within the organization who need the personal data to perform their tasks should have access to it. An access system is required for access to all of Protite AB's systems that handle personal data. We use personal data assistants for the operation of our systems and then have drawn up personal assistant agreements. When it is necessary to fulfill our commitments or legal obligations, we sometimes also have to provide further information to authorities and companies as below:

• Authorities such as police and tax authorities.
• Companies that handle transport such as logistics companies and transporters.

We do not resell any personal data to third parties.

What rights do you have?

  • You have the right to receive information about which personal data processing we do about you.
  •  You have the right to request correction if our information about you is incorrect.
  • You have the right to request a restriction on the processing of your personal data.
  • You have the right to be deleted from our systems under these conditions:
