Your personal integrity is important to Protite AB and we strive to be open and transparent in our handling of your personal data. In this policy you will find how we process, handle and store your personal data. It also describes the purpose of our personal data processing.
The policy applies to Protite AB's customers, suppliers and others who contact us. Personal data is information that can be used to identify you as a physical, living person. It can e.g. be your name, email address or phone number.

What personal data do we collect and how do we use it?
Our primary purpose in collecting and processing personal data is to be able to fulfill our commitments, but we also collect information about you who are not yet a customer, supplier or have another relationship with Protite AB but who wish to be contacted by us. We do not process more personal data than is necessary for the purpose, nor do we store them for longer than is necessary to achieve this purpose. Here follows information on what personal data we process and on what legal grounds this takes place:

When do we need your consent?
If we need to process personal data for purposes other than fulfilling our commitments or legal obligations, we will obtain your consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time and we will then no longer process your personal data unless it is needed to fulfill our obligations under law or contract.
How do we protect your personal data?
Protite AB protects your personal data through a combination of technical and organizational solutions. The starting point is that only employees and other people within the organization who need the personal data to perform their tasks should have access to it. An access system is required for access to all of Protite AB's systems that handle personal data. We use personal data assistants for the operation of our systems and then have drawn up personal assistant agreements. When it is necessary to fulfill our commitments or legal obligations, we sometimes also have to provide further information to authorities and companies as below:
• Authorities such as police and tax authorities.
• Companies that handle transport such as logistics companies and transporters.
We do not resell any personal data to third parties.
What rights do you have?
- You have the right to receive information about which personal data processing we do about you.
- You have the right to request correction if our information about you is incorrect.
- You have the right to request a restriction on the processing of your personal data.
- You have the right to be deleted from our systems under these conditions:
- The data is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was collected.
- If the data was saved only based on your consent and you revoke the consent.
- If the processing is based on a balancing of interests and there are no justified reasons that outweigh your interest.
